Let's meet our fur-babies!

hey y'all!   today has been  quiet busy and i haven't even left the house.  I decided to tackle the house and some laundry.... hate laundry... So, the most exciting thing happened to me yesterday, my first seed catalog came in 😂 i know, i know, i'm a weirdo like that.  lol   here in Texas the weather is so bipolar as i'm sure y'all already know.  A/C is running today, it's rained for the last week, no sunshine... blahhhh.. i would just like to crawl back in bed. I think tonight for supper we're going to have breakfast. Eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy for the win!

Today I want to take a minute and share with y'all my fur-babies.

This is Zeus... he is a mischievous fellow, i mean, cant you tell?!  I'm pretty sure he don't have a mean bone in his body and if someone tried to attack me he would lay up and watch. 😏 Zeus turned one in September.

 and i'd like you to meet Sophie, she is the alpha dog on this plantation. She is super sweet, loves treats and will bug the mess out of you until you pet her...  never sit on the couch with this one😂 Sophie was 4 years old in July.

Next I bring you Sassy.. we adopted her from a rescue about 2 years ago, we're really unsure exactly how old she is but guessing getting close to 3 years old. Sassy was such an ugly little dog when we got her. lol  she has since filled out and reclaimed some beauty!  

and last but certainly not least is our newest furbaby... i present to you Miss Sissy.. Sissy is a Boston terrier and the most expensive dog that we have ever owned! lol  She was a gift to my husband this year for Christmas. Her birthday is October 14 and shes a whopping 4 months old... she is absolutely horrible! its a good thing she is sooo adorable!

Hey there!! So glad to have you on this exciting adventure of mine.   Let me introduce myself:
My name is Deana, I am 40 years old. I spend my days as a housewife, mom, court clerk, chef, taxi driver... ya know, all of that fancy parenting stuff.  My husband's name is Billy, we have 6 heathens, his, hers and ours!  Let me tell y'all, there is never a dull moment around here!  Our baby girl, now 8, was born with coarctation of the aorta and bicuspid valve.  We have 3 grandbabies, 2 girls and 1 boy.  Our middle son is proudly serving our country in the Army.
We enjoy all of the lake life there is to offer, we love to travel and explore new places. I love to cook and  I hate house work! lol So, that brings me here.  You all will be my accountability. In this blog, I am going to share my favorite and not so favorite things with you, I will share family life, recipes, gardening and my tips and tricks for housework!   I sure hope you will stick around and join me!
